Throughout my time at University I developed a number of skills. I was involved in a number of group presentations, some of which I organised and took main responsibility for. I also often took part in class discussions. I worked independently, as I had to research a variety of topics unassisted. This also incorporates my organisational skills as I had to organise my time with researching, coursework and extra curricular activities on many occasions. My computer skills were also increased, as I extensively used Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
I was also a member of the University’s Rugby League team and I was involved in assisting and organising Charity fund raising events for Alzheimer’s. This consisted of working as a team and I also used computer software to advertise these events by using programs such as Microsoft Paint and Microsoft PowerPoint.
1998 - 2005 Magnus Church of England School
A-Level: History (Grade D) and English Literature (Grade D).
GCSE: History; English Literature; English Language; Graphic Design; Geography and Mathematics (Grade C). Religious Education; French and Double Science (Grade D).
During my time at school I developed skills such as the basic uses of Microsoft Office applications. I also learnt how to work within a group and to work independently.
